Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and contribute to the overall litigation process. Prepare for and conduct depositions, witness interviews, and client consultations. Engage in negotiation efforts to achieve favorable settlements and resolutions for clients. Represent clients in various court proceedings, including hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Stay updated on industry trends, legal developments, and changes in insurance regulations that could impact cases. Participate in team meetings, seminars, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance own legal skills and knowledge. Proven experience in handling depositions, negotiations, and courtroom appearances is essential. Admission to the Florida Bar is essential.
