A law firm is seeking a Healthcare Attorney to join their team in Oakland, CA. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, although admission in other states may be considered.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to healthcare clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws. This role requires a thorough understanding of healthcare practices and navigating complex legal issues in the healthcare industry.

Duties:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to healthcare clients on a variety of issues.
  • Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to healthcare matters.
  • Represent clients in healthcare-related legal proceedings.
  • Stay abreast of changes in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law.

  • Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona.
  • Consideration for admission in other states.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
