A law firm is seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney for its Cincinnati, OH location.

Job Overview:

The Litigation Family Law Attorney will be responsible for managing family law cases from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional customer service to clients, and making recommendations for practice improvement. They will oversee performance metrics to ensure client satisfaction and track accomplishments through practice quality software.

Duties:

• Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end
• Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Make recommendations for improvement to practice managers
• Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice-quality software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Experience as 1st chair in family law cases
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio

Skills:

• Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software
