The ideal candidate will handle a caseload, make appearances in state court, draft and review legal documents, and ensure effective client communication. Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of foreclosure-related matters on behalf of mortgage lenders and investors

  • Represent clients in court, advocating for the completion of foreclosure, eviction, title, and other real estate matters

  • Communicate regularly with clients to ensure representation aligns with their objectives

  • Collaborate with legal support staff to prepare and execute necessary legal documents for foreclosure proceedings

  • Analyze loan files, title reports, and other client documents to assess case details

  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, and correspondence for mortgage foreclosure actions

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Florida and good standing

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in motion practice, particularly in foreclosure or real estate matters

  • Solid understanding of Florida Mortgage Foreclosure Law

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

Certifications:

  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
