Foreclosure Attorney

Job Overview:
A reputable law firm focused on creditors’ rights is seeking a Foreclosure Litigation Attorney licensed in Florida. This fully remote position is ideal for a motivated legal professional with at least one year of experience in mortgage foreclosure litigation. The role offers the opportunity to represent financial institutions and investors in all phases of litigation, including contested hearings and nonjury trials.

Location:

• Orlando, FL

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of mortgage foreclosure litigation

• Conduct title reviews, draft complaints, and manage motion practice

• Take and defend depositions

• Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and contested nonjury trials

• Conduct legal research and assist in drafting appellate briefs as needed

• Collaborate with both large and small financial institutions and investors

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage foreclosure litigation

• General knowledge of litigation and motion practice

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Willingness to travel within Florida for legal proceedings

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida

• Good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Strong litigation and advocacy skills

• Excellent legal research and writing ability

• Familiarity with real estate or title law (preferred)

• Effective time management and organizational abilities

• Proficiency with remote work tools and digital legal systems
