Duties:

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate issues.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the State Bar in Colorado.
  • 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in commercial real estate transactions.
  • Ideally, have 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents.
  • Strong understanding of real estate law and regulations.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the State Bar in Colorado.
