Partner-level Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Roseland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks partner-level commercial real estate attorney with 7+ years of experience on large-scale transactions. The candidate will work on sophisticated and challenging transactions in collaboration with one of the regions most sophisticated real estate-focused legal teams. Will work with family offices, institutions, lenders, and private real estate investors on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters. Maintain and develop client relationships and have significant involvement in developing and leading transaction strategy. Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and handling acquisitions and dispositions. Commercial finance experience, closing and negotiating complex loans on behalf of borrowers and/or lenders essential. Excellent writing and time management skills are essential. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school.
