Job Overview

A law firm seeks a skilled and motivated Complex Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Government Contracts practice group in Washington, D.C. The team addresses a variety of federal procurement issues, including bid protests, claims and disputes, and compliance matters.

Duties

  • Represent clients in bid protests and claims disputes.
  • Conduct investigations related to the False Claims Act.
  • Advise on compliance and cybersecurity matters.
  • Participate in due diligence for M&A transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracts.
  • Experience in a law firm or federal agency preferred.
  • Strong academic background.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Coursework in government contracts preferred.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
