Duties

• Conduct initial consultations and devise strategies for client cases.
• Delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring quality work.
• Prepare documents for sophisticated estate plans.
• Lead and participate in final meetings with clients.
• Attend court as necessary.

Requirements

• Active member of the State Bar of Kentucky.
• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in Estate Planning and/or Elder Law preferred.
• Ability to handle cases and clients independently after orientation.
• Demonstrates compassion and earns client trust and respect.
• Willingness to work diligently to provide excellent client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in Kentucky.
