The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in building the existing practice, engaging in significant client contact, and progressing into a leadership role in the long term. Duties:

  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel and support in estate planning matters.

  • Represent clients in estate planning meetings, negotiations, and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
