Duties:

• Handle a broad range of business immigration cases, including O-1, EB-1, NIW, L-1, H-1B, and E-2 visas

• Supervise and mentor paralegals and legal assistants to ensure high-quality case preparation and client service

• Develop legal strategies and manage all phases of case processing

• Communicate with clients regarding case strategy, progress, and outcomes

• Conduct legal research and analysis on immigration policy and regulatory developments

• Prepare and review legal documents, petitions, and filings for accuracy and compliance

• Collaborate with legal and business professionals on cross-functional immigration matters

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing business immigration cases

• Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment

• Exceptional legal writing and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of New York

• Admission in other jurisdictions is a plus

Skills:

• Deep understanding of U.S. immigration law and procedures

• Expertise in O-1, EB-1, NIW, L-1, H-1B, and E-2 visa categories

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
