Job Overview:

  • Handle general litigation matters and basic business and real estate transactions.
  • Oversee a portfolio of real estate ownership and associated documents.
  • Represent clients in calls, conferences, agency proceedings, and court actions.
  • Prepare cases for trial and provide trial assistance as appropriate.
  • Support client development and marketing efforts in collaboration with partners.

 

Duties:

  • Handle general litigation matters and basic business and real estate transactions.
  • Oversee a portfolio of real estate ownership and associated documents.
  • Represent clients in calls, conferences, agency proceedings, and court actions.

Requirements:

  • Bar admission in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Juris doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Organizational skills to manage portfolio documents and varied caseload.
  • Strong writing skills to communicate effectively to the court, clients, and opposing counsel.

 

Education & Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in the State of Massachusetts.
