Trademark Associate Attorney

A law firm in Aspen is seeking a skilled Trademark Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trademark searching, global trademark strategy development, and domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement. Experience with TTAB proceedings, online and social media enforcement, and UDRP proceedings is desirable. Exceptional writing and communication skills are a must, and foreign language proficiency is highly valued.

Duties:

• Conduct trademark searches and analyses
• Develop global trademark strategies
• Handle domestic and international trademark prosecution
• Manage trademark enforcement actions
• Assist with TTAB proceedings, online, and social media enforcement
• Participate in UDRP proceedings

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar in good standing
• 2-5 years of experience in trademark law
• Strong understanding of trademark principles and procedures
• Superior writing and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
