Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Must hold a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Must be a member in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
  • Membership in a neighboring state’s bar association is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years tenure with previous law firms, with demonstrable experience handling complex legal cases.

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar.
  • Additional certifications or membership in neighboring State Bars are preferred.
