  • Comprehensive understanding of Florida Guardianship and probate administration laws.
  • Multilingual proficiency preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in all aspects of Florida Guardianship and probate administration.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Multilingual abilities (preferred).
  • Litigation experience (preferred).
  • Estate planning knowledge (preferred).
