Senior Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Senior Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney for their Salt Lake City office. The candidate, with 6+ years of experience, should possess high academic achievement, law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills. Additional experience or interest in behavioral health is considered a plus. The Senior Private Equity M&A Associate Attorney will contribute substantial expertise to the firm's practice, specializing in M&A transactions with a focus on private equity funds and healthcare providers. The candidate is expected to have a high level of academic achievement, strong law firm experience, and exceptional skills in writing, drafting, and communication. The ability to bring additional experience or interest in behavioral health is considered advantageous for this role.

Education and Certifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
