Duties:

  • Counsel clients on government contracts laws and regulations.
  • Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.
  • Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding government contracts issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on government contracts matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing parties.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members on complex government contracts cases.
  • Stay updated on changes in government contracts laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
  • 3+ years of experience in government contracts.
  • High level of academic achievement.
  • Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.
  • Admitted to the Bar in Florida or eligible for admission.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) required.
