A law firm in Chicago is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Defense Litigation Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general liability defense, including various tort litigation matters.

Job Overview:

• Handle general liability defense cases, including tort litigation, product liability, construction defect, premises liability, and/or automobile liability matters.
• Draft complex opinions and motions.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediations.

Duties:

• Manage general liability defense cases.
• Draft complex opinions and motions.

Requirements:

• Illinois Bar admission is required.
• 3-6 years of litigation experience.

• Admission to the Illinois Bar.
