Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level Associate to join its Digital Infrastructure practice in Washington, D.C. This role involves working with a team of experienced attorneys on cloud transactions and data center projects globally. The position offers an opportunity for significant responsibility and leadership within the practice area.

Duties

  • Negotiate and draft purchase and sale agreements, data center leases, and development agreements.
  • Prepare service level agreements, loan documents, and operating/joint venture agreements.
  • Advise clients on data center acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
  • Collaborate with telecommunications carriers and content providers on network deals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in digital infrastructure or cloud transactions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of maturity.
  • Proven ability to manage a challenging workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Admitted to or eligible for admission to the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

  • Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to take on significant responsibility and leadership roles.
