Structured Transactions Midlevel or Senior Associate

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified midlevel or senior associate to join its structured transactions practice group in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have law firm experience and excellent academic credentials, with a background in corporate and/or finance transactions. Experience in structured finance and securitization is preferred, and familiarity with RMBS, ABS, CLO, and financing is highly desirable.

Duties

• Engage in complex structured finance and securitization transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
• Provide legal advice on corporate and finance transactions.
• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Experience in corporate and/or finance transactions.
• Background in structured finance and securitization preferred.
• Familiarity with RMBS, ABS, CLO, and financing is highly desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
