Duties:

  • Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
  • Assist senior attorneys with case management and strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of government contracts experience.
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • High level of academic achievement.
  • Admission to the Bar in Delaware or willingness to become admitted.
  • Strong understanding of government contracts, laws, and regulations.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in Delaware is preferred.
