Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a Mid-Level Government Contracts Associate Attorney with at least 3+ years of experience in government contracts law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling clients on government contracts laws and regulations, negotiating subcontracts and teaming agreements, and litigating bid protests. Exceptional academic achievement, writing, drafting, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Duties:

• Counsel clients on government contracts, laws, and regulations.
• Review and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.
• Litigate bid protests at the Government Accountability Office and/or Court of Federal Claims.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Assist senior attorneys with case management and strategy.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of government contracts experience.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• High level of academic achievement.
• Admission to the Bar in Delaware or willingness to become admitted.
• Strong understanding of government contracts, laws, and regulations.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in Delaware is preferred.
