The candidate will typically serve a variety of transactional and regulatory matters, including: technology and business process outsourcing and vendor management; general commercial; data privacy advice, data governance, data breach crisis management, engaging with regulators on formal investigations and negotiating enforceable undertakings; business separations and systems integrations and advising on complex corporate carve-outs; and Digital transformation projects. Must have experience in transactional technology work. Should have Bar admission.
