The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, along with a proven track record in providing counsel on domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.

Job Details:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide expert counseling and dispute resolution services for domestic and international matters.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
