Duties

• Draft legal motions, pleadings, and correspondence, including meet-and-confer letters.
• Conducted legal research and provided strategic case assessments.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court hearings and proceedings.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding case progress and legal strategies.

Requirements

• 5–20 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and research skills.
• Ability to handle all phases of litigation independently.
• Excellent client communication and case management abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.

Certifications

• California Bar admission (required).
