Job Overview
A law firm seeks a 4th-5th year Litigation Associate to join its practice group in Los Angeles, California. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and exceptional skills in research, analysis, oral advocacy, and writing.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial.
• Develop and maintain strong business and client relationships.
• Prepare witnesses for depositions and draft legal documents.
• Manage the filing and service of pleadings.
• Supervise junior attorneys to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Experience in handling all phases of discovery.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Deliver high-quality work product consistently.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.

Certifications

• Member of the California State Bar in good standing.
