Junior to Midlevel IP Associate Attorney

A law firm in Waukesha is seeking a Junior to Midlevel IP Associate Attorney with a focus on Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience, including the ability to draft patent applications. Admission to the USPTO is preferred, and excellent academic credentials, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, are essential.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
• Preferred: Admission to the USPTO.
