Cyber, Privacy, And Data Innovation Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Cyber, Privacy, And Data Innovation Litigation Associate Attorney with the following responsibilities:

• Working on a robust pipeline of sophisticated, innovative, and industry-leading litigation, including class actions, across a range of clients in the technology, finance, life sciences, and energy industry verticals of the firm.
• Assuming early and significant responsibility in managing all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including working directly with clients, managing all aspects of discovery (with the support of the firm's industry-leading eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team), taking and defending depositions, making court appearances and handling oral argument at key hearings, handling mediations, etc.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.
• Passionate, self-motivated, and a proactive and critical thinker.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Noteworthy writing skills.
• Ability to balance working independently while being a strong team member.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research abilities.
• Membership to WV State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership to WV State Bar.

Skills:

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Noteworthy writing skills.
• Strong legal research abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
