Medical Malpractice Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Malpractice Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong legal background, courtroom experience, and exceptional research and writing skills.

Duties:

• Handle medical malpractice cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to build a solid case strategy.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar or a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated self-starter with previous courtroom experience.
• 2-4 years of civil litigation experience.
• Solid research and writing skills.
• Strong academic record.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.

Skills:
