Duties

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience handling federal employment law and administrative proceedings.

  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and advocate before federal tribunals.

  • Strong analytical and legal writing skills.

  • Capacity to work independently and in a hybrid setting.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in the Texas Bar.
