Duties

  • Conduct legal intake and assess the viability of potential personal injury claims

  • Provide early legal analysis and strategy recommendations for assigned matters

  • Draft and review demands; engage in early negotiations with opposing parties

  • Handle the development and resolution of pre-litigation and initial litigation cases

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal litigation teams

  • Manage assigned caseload and ensure documentation is complete and compliant

  • Support the firm’s ethical and professional standards in client interactions

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation

  • Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume legal setting

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
