Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The attorney will manage the full lifecycle of personal injury cases, focusing on serious and catastrophic injuries. Duties

  • Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews.
  • Manage case files and oversee litigation strategy.

  • Negotiate with insurance companies for favorable outcomes.
  • Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussions.

  • Collaborate with supervising attorneys for seamless case management.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of personal injury experience.
  • Member of the Florida Bar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professionalism and client service prioritization.
  • Experience in evaluating claim values.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Education

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
