Duties

• Handle various commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, title, land use, rights of way, construction contracts, and loan documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice to clients.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes in legal matters.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediation, and court proceedings.

Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney.
• Ideally, have 2 years of top-tier law firm experience in one or more of the following: commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, development, and leasing; title, land use, and rights of way; construction contracts; and loan documents.
• Demonstrated experience in top-tier law firms.
• Strong academic record from a reputable law school.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Wyoming or eligibility for admission.
