Job Overview:
A well-established civil defense law firm is currently seeking an Associate Attorney with 1 to 10 years of experience in first-party property litigation. Duties:

• Assist in the representation of clients in first-party property litigation matters

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and related correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed memoranda

• Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Collaborate with experienced attorneys to develop case strategies and litigation plans

• Receive regular, constructive feedback and structured professional development

• Progress toward managing cases independently over time

Requirements:

• 1 to 10 years of first-party property litigation experience

• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing

• Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills

• Willingness to learn and work under mentorship

• A steady and consistent work history is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida
