Duties:

• Manage defense litigation cases, including first-party and third-party coverage matters

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations

• Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and experts to develop case strategies

• Negotiate settlements and provide legal counsel to clients

• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on insurance defense (Required)

• Experience in first-party and third-party coverage matters (Required)

• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills (Required)

• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail (Required)

• Ability to manage a high caseload and meet deadlines (Required)

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (Required)
