Duties

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years practicing immigration law.
  • Experience in employment-based immigration law preferred.
  • Understanding of nonimmigrant categories and employment-based immigrant processes.
  • Experience advising on I-9 and employment eligibility issues preferred.
  • Admission to state bar association and in good standing.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
