Will draft and execute documents and perform legal research. Attend court hearings/matters for foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy departments. Must be a member of the Illinois and Indiana Bar Association and be in Good Standing.

The candidate should have ability to deal with legal issues in a practical and efficient manner. Exceptional oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills needed.
