Junior to Midlevel IP Associate Attorney

A law firm in Salt Lake City is seeking a Junior to Midlevel IP Associate Attorney specializing in Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will possess a degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. The role involves patent prosecution with a focus on drafting patent applications. Admission to the USPTO is preferred, and the candidate should exhibit excellent academic credentials, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Ability to draft patent applications is a must.
• Preferably admitted to the USPTO.
