A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to represent clients in various stages of immigration, including removal proceedings and USCIS petitions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of immigration experience and proficiency in handling matters before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR.

 

Job Details:

  • Represent clients in all aspects of immigration, including removal proceedings
  • Handle USCIS Asylum Petitions, Family Based Petitions, AOS interviews, Work permits, and more
  • Experience with master and individual appearances is essential

 

Experience:

3+ years of immigration experience handling matters before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the State Bar of California

 

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to represent clients effectively in various immigration matters
  • Proficiency in handling appearances before USCIS, ICE, and EOIR
