Insurance Attorney

A law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Insurance Attorney with 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. The ideal candidate should possess an understanding of insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, along with excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing ability.

Duties:

• Analyze insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors' and officers' insurance policies.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, opinions, and legal documents related to insurance coverage matters.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on insurance coverage disputes.
• Represent clients in insurance coverage litigation and negotiation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and case law related to insurance coverage.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
