The Family Law Attorney must maintain a steady schedule of hearings, court appearances, and conferences, respond to client needs promptly, and attend trials and court proceedings. The ideal candidate should possess a valid license to practice law from the Florida Bar Association and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in family law. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and debating skills are essential, and the candidate must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

Duties:

• File legal documents related to family law cases.
• Attend court proceedings and represent clients effectively.

Requirements:
