A law firm in Sacramento, CA, is seeking a Senior Personal Injury Attorney who will play a pivotal role in managing a caseload from start to finish. Your expertise in personal injury, coupled with a history of successful depositions and achieving maximum values in six and seven-figure settlements, will contribute to the firm's mission of providing unwavering support to those who need it most.

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
• Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, injuries, and liability.
• Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and litigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 1+ years of experience in personal injury law.
• Demonstrated success in conducting depositions and achieving high-value settlements.
