Duties:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into accidents, injuries, and liability.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings.
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and support staff to ensure cases progress efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
  • Stay updated on developments in personal injury law and litigation strategies.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.
  • 1+ years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting depositions and achieving high-value settlements.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
