Job Overview:

  • Manage family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring efficient and effective representation for our clients.
  • Deliver superior customer service by providing clients regular updates, monthly status reports, and weekly case reviews.
  • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to practice managers to enhance our service delivery.
  • Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track accomplishments, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

Duties:

  • Proactively manage family law cases from beginning to end.
  • Provide superior customer service to all clients, including monthly status reports and weekly reviews of cases.
  • Make improvement recommendations to practice managers.
  • Manage performance metrics to track accomplishments and client satisfaction through practice quality software.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • 2-6 years of litigation experience.
  • Experience as first chair in family law cases.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technical programs and software.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
  • Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
