Duties

  • Provide strategic legal representation in personal injury cases.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Kentucky (multi-state licensure a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of legal practice (personal injury experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
  • Strong critical thinking, negotiation, and litigation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Client-first mindset with a passion for advocacy.
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
  • Comfortable with legal tech (Microsoft Office, Litify, or similar).

Education

  • Doctorate in Law.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Kentucky.

Skills

  • Experience building client pipelines and referral networks.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish a plus).
