Senior Litigation Attorney

Glendale office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior litigation attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience with established hands-on case handling and management skills. The candidate will handle a wide variety of civil litigation matters from the outset, through discovery and on to mediation, arbitration and/or trial. Will have prepared and worked up matters for trial including taking and defending expert deposition. Take and defend any type of depositions (including experts) and be able to handle all trial work-up. Should have experience handling their own case load, court appearances, discovery, depositions and expert depositions. Must have opportunities in SIU (examinations under oath) and large loss/catastrophic claims. Trial experience a plus. Must be current Member of California State Bar with no record of discipline.
