Mid-Level Associate Attorney needed for New York City office

Duties:

• 4-7 years of experience in complex finance transactions.
• Strong understanding of sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
• Experience representing borrowers, lenders, and/or agents preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Certifications:
