Job Title: Senior Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking a Senior Attorney with extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in state and federal courts. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills and a proven track record of conducting and defending depositions, managing case dockets, and appearing in court. Trial experience and familiarity with multi-district litigation are highly desirable.

Duties:

• Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.
• Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.
• Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.
• Foster positive work relationships.
• Comply with all firm policies and practices.
• Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.
• Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience conducting and defending depositions.
• Experience managing a case docket and appearing in court is preferred.
• Familiarity with multi-district litigation is a plus.
• Trial experience.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission by waiver.
