Junior to Midlevel IP Associate Attorney

A law firm in Manitowoc is seeking a Junior to Midlevel IP Associate Attorney with a focus on Life Sciences. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of patent prosecution experience, the ability to draft patent applications, and possess a degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Admission to the USPTO is preferred. The role requires excellent academic credentials and outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of patent prosecution experience.
• Degree or Ph.D. in Chemistry or Organic Chemistry, or a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
• Admission to the USPTO (preferred).
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
