Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Admitted to practice law in Florida.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Exceptional project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm is preferred.
  • Experience in product liability, ADA, construction, real estate, or class action litigation is desired.
  • Prior federal law clerk experience is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar.
