Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced estate planning attorney in Seattle, WA, to join their team and take over the practices of two senior attorneys preparing for retirement. This role offers the opportunity to grow your practice, expand your impact, and lead the next generation of a respected firm.

Duties

  • Serve and retain an established client base while managing your own book of business.
  • Build and maintain referral relationships with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals.
  • Provide strategic legal guidance in estate planning, tax planning, probate, and trust administration.

Requirements

  • Licensed attorney with 5-10+ years in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and tax planning.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to grow and lead a practice.
  • Desire to nurture and expand client relationships.

Education

  • LLM in Taxation or CPA designation is a plus but not required.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law.
