Job Overview

Duties

  • Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.
  • Experience with real estate debt or equity matters preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • State Bar admission.
